Monthly Summary Report: January 2026

We bounced back from a refreshing one-month break in 2025, and wow, was it ever needed! After successfully wrapping up our first round of collecting, counting, and recycling over 1 million aluminum cans, we were ready to recharge.

The thrill of reuniting with our amazing donors, with whom we share such strong connections, was simply unbeatable. On January 3, 2026, we achieved a jaw-dropping feat by making 40 pickups in just one day! We gathered over 17,000 cans, and that was just the beginning of our January adventure.

By the end of the month, we smashed records with an astounding 30,001 cans from just 81 donors! We set a new month's record, surpassing the previous high of 26,486 cans from August 2023.

Our sights are set on an exciting new goal for 2026: rallying more people to join the 2 Million Cans Movement. We need all our recycling heroes to step up! To fuel this momentum, we’ve introduced two thrilling new titles to keep our donors more motivated and rewarded than ever before. Check out these exciting leaderboards:
