As 2025 draws to a close, we're gearing up behind the scenes for 2026.
With the experience we've gained, we understand what works and what doesn't. Our primary task is to streamline our operations and expand our community within the 1 Million Cans Man Project Movement.
Pick-ups will now occur once a month (unless you are a business location).
This change is essential to achieve our ambitious target of collecting 2 million cans by 2026.
This requires 43 pickups daily, with each pickup collecting 150 cans. We need to improve our driving efficiency. By 2026, we anticipate gaining 1,500 new customers, which means many more donors to visit.
(If you're interested in volunteering for pickups, let's discuss it).

We are moving to weighing your cans rather than hand counting them
It takes about 32 cans to make 1 pound. For every pound you donate you will be credited 32 cans to your account. (A million cans is a lot of cans to count one by one, I know because I done it)!
Did you know? Recycling 1 pound of aluminum cans saves enough energy to run a 60–100-watt light bulb for several hours

Our first round of pickups resumes on
Saturday, January 3,2026
In just 7 more days
If you have cans ready for pickup, leave us a comment below, and we'll add you to the list!
